Why We Built This Site
Indiana provides public access to many court records, yet the correct custodian depends on the material requested. MyCase shows nonconfidential index data and selected documents. Perry Circuit Court schedules hearings and enters orders. Joan Hess, Circuit Court Clerk, keeps filings, judgments, certified copies, and other official Perry County records. Court rules still limit sealed, juvenile, mental-health, protection-order, and other excluded material. The site brings together verified official links, case-number details, contact information, and request routes while preserving those distinctions.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, with no affiliation to Perry Circuit Court, the Circuit Court Clerk, Indiana courts, or any government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that each phone number, fee, or court setting remains current
Only the court or clerk that maintains a record can provide its official or certified copy. For Perry County records, verification must come from Perry Circuit Court or its Circuit Court Clerk.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes found on some content pages. Each provider operates its own service and sets its own charges. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports free access to this reference resource. Perry County Court Docket does not set the provider's prices or control the records returned by that service.
